Dress Code

• All students are required to wear appropriate dance attire.
• Street shoes and socks are never allowed to be worn in dance classes. Dance shoes are required for your appropriated classes.  Students must wear the correct footwear for their allocated style of dance.
• Close-fitting clothing permits instructor to see problems and make corrections.
• Hair must be tied back away from face (we suggest a ponytail or bun for long hair, dancers with shorter hair should pin back sides away from face).
• No bracelets, dangling earrings, necklaces, or watches. Remember loose or dangling jewelry and costumes other than proper dance skirts are a safety hazard and distraction for dancers and are not allowed.
• No hats, jeans, or jean shorts.
• Students must wear a cover-up over dance attire when traveling to and from studio.

基本上课着装

衣着：舞蹈健身服，或紧身有弹力的运动衣裤。切忌牛仔裤。
头发：已盘发为最好，或梳得整齐服帖。切忌披头散发。
舞鞋：软底芭蕾舞鞋适用于中国舞、芭蕾舞，综合课。拉丁舞鞋适用于拉丁舞课。

盘发的重要性

1.      有利于排汗。
2.      防止做地面动作的时候踩到头发。
3.      更有利于练习跳和转的技巧动作。
4.      防止手乱摸，因为头发松散，影响上课注意力。
5.      头发扎紧，身体也会自然收紧，可以防止身体过于松懈。


舞蹈服的重要性

1.     舞蹈衣的弹性：如穿普通没有弹性的衣服，练功时踢腿下叉就练不开，不能达到最佳的训练效果。
2.      舞蹈衣的修身：当练功姿势不对或体态不对时，穿自己的宽松衣服则会掩盖缺陷，不利于教学。
3.      裤子最好能露出脚踝，并能明显看出膝盖是否伸直的紧身裤。

我穿自己的高跟鞋或者平底鞋可以跳拉丁吗？

很多人不知道为什么跳拉丁舞一定要穿拉丁舞鞋，虽然看起来都是高跟鞋子，平时我们穿的鞋子都是硬底的，你根本找不到老师说的脚的用力方法，脚尖，脚掌，脚跟怎么用力，拉丁舞鞋的鞋是软底的，它能很好的帮你找到中心靠前，脚抓地板的感觉。
